The Service may contain voice chat features that allow users to communicate with other users. All communications must comply with the Content Standards set out in these Terms.

- Monitor voice chat communications for any or no reason in our sole discretion.
- Take any action with respect to any communication that we deem necessary or appropriate in our sole discretion, including if we believe that such communication violates the Terms, including the Content Standards, infringes any intellectual property right or other right of any person or entity, threatens the personal safety of users of the Service or the public, or could create liability for Varomic Games.
- Terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service for any or no reason, including without limitation, any violation of these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the Service, its content, and any services or items obtained through the Service is at your own risk. The Service, its content, and any services or items obtained through the Service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Neither Varomic Games nor any person associated with Varomic Games makes any warranty or representation with respect to the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability of the Service.

We are committed to maintaining a fair and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. Cheating, including but not limited to the use of hacks, bots, exploits, or any unauthorized third-party software, is strictly prohibited. Any player found to be cheating will face immediate and permanent suspension from the Service. We reserve the right to monitor gameplay and investigate any reports of cheating. Our decision on such matters is final and binding.
